About 85% of the electrical power consumed by LED is converted to be waste heat. If it cannot be effectively dissipated, high temperature will cause the LED light fail and the short period of use. This invention installs a piezoelectric flapping wing into the chamber of the metallic heat sink to drive air stream, making it improving cooling performance remarkably with very small noise.
