Acha Flour is food flour made from Acha grains which abounds in some parts of Africa mainly north central Nigeria. Analysis revealed that Acha flour when treated, ferments and has significantly higher crude protein 9.94%. protein 9.34%, nitrogen 1.49%, non protein nitrogen 0.10%, fat 3.08%.
High Quality Cassava Flour: Very low in saturated fat, Cholesterol Sodium. It is also a good source of manganese and a very good source of vitamin C
PLANTAIN FLOUR: Produced from unripe plantain. It is rich in low G1 carbohydrate, dietary fiber, irons, vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in potassium, B complex vitamins and magnesium. It also contains small amount of serotonin which has the ability to dilate the arteries and improve blood circulation.
