The solar power module individually provides electricity to the driving apparatus, the wireless transceiver, the full-load sensor, and the microcontroller. The full-load sensor generates a garbage full-load signal when garbage in the internal space exceeds the capacity of the internal space. The microcontroller generates a driving signal and an alert signal in response to the garbage full-load signal. The driving apparatus drives the cover to close the opening in response to the driving signal. The wireless transceiver wirelessly transmits the alert signal.
