A wireless sensing system for body information monitoring, containing of a smart underwear with embedded wireless sensors??a signal processor unit??and a data processing and storage server. The wireless sensors can measure users?? bio-information such as breath??posture??and temperature. The measured data are transmitted by the signal processing unit and storage in the server. The obtained data can be the reference for the sleep disordered breathing clinic. The system can also play the role of real time health monitoring. The system will alarm to awake the user or the health care when the abnormal signals, such as too high or too low breath rate, are measured.
