This patent proposes the method generating multiple scanlines at a single transmit event in ultrasound imaging, which can enhance the efficacy of ultrasound imaging system by increasing a scanline density or frame rate. This method comprises of 4 steps: selecting maximum coarse delay among those for multi-scanlines, shifting values on a shared first-in-first-out block by referring this change, fetching appropriate block data sets for multi-scanlines to respective multi-scanline paths, thereby allowing simultaneous synthesis of multi-scanlines.
