The purpose of the creation is to improve the burning efficiency of the vehicle??s engine and reduce the air pollution. The device provides a small quantity of cooled water particle to the intake manifold and mixes with fuel and air to the combustion chamber. The thermoelectric(TE) module chips are applied in the device to cool down the water particle for the combustion chamber. The cooled water molecules split into hydrogen and oxygen by the high temperature of the combustion chamber can increase the quality of the oxidizer and combustible which improve the burning efficiency of the engine. The cooled water simultaneously decreases the temperature of the combustion chamber and the quality of nitrogen oxide compound in the exhaust which caused the damage of the respiratory system can be lowered.
